Return / Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 7–30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Digital downloads or consumed content
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  1. Send a return request to returns@example.com including your order ID and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with return authorization and address.
  3. Ship the item to us. After inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Any shipping fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are only allowed for the same product or of equal value, subject to stock availability.
